Each printed invitation comes on a semigloss photo paper 270 gsm, measures 4’’x 6’’ and includes a 120 gsm V-Flap Envelopes. The paper and envelopes are FSC® certified.

Each design range is designed for all your needs before and after the wedding.

Thus, we can offer you Save The Date, Order Of Service, Menu Cards, Place Cards, Thank You Cards, Driving Instruction and anything else you need.

How it works? 

• Send a high quality / resolution image (preferably 300dpi). The better quality  the image, the better the final print will look. It is your responsibility to ensure we receive good quality images. File types accepted: .JPG, .PNG. If you have any questions about sending the image / image size / quality, please email us. The better quality the image, the better the final print will look. Please ensure you have carefully checked the details
  as we will not be querying the spelling or grammar. 
• All orders customized with your design and details will be proofed and agreed before printing. Therefore, we will send you the digital proof of your invitation to see what your invite will look like with your specific details on ahead of printing. You will receive a watermarked png file (which
  isn’t editable). No physical item will be sent. 
• Once we have your approval your order will be shipped, usually within 2-5 working days.
• Please note, this is the amount of time it will take us to process (design & print) your order, there will be an additional 1-3 day delivery (depending on what postal service you purchase) on top of this.  

If you require your order urgently (with an extra tax) contact us before purchasing to check we have capacity. 

Accepted within 12 hours of placing the order. We can then cancel and refund your order. Outside of this timeframe, we can cancel the order, but we won’t be able to refund it.

Returns

No Returns on custom made
products. All our custom printed bespoke orders are final and not eligible for
returns, these items are exempt from returns policy, due to the fact these are
custom made and personalized to order and cannot be resold. 

Delivery

Usually orders take maximum 5 business days to complete and will ship promptly once completed. Your item(s) will be securely packaged to ensure safe delivery. Please be sure that the given address is correct before completing the purchase. We will process your order speedily and it’ll soon be arriving on your doorstep. Customer satisfaction is a top priority, and we are proud of our high-quality products. We cannot redirect your items to a third party unless the address is added at checkout.
